Braveman Consulting is looking on behalf of its client for a Experienced Software Engineer (m/f/d) for C++ Automotive Applications and Functions
Location: full-time Cluj-Napoca & remote
Company details: With more than ten years business experience and the expertise of almost 300 engineers, our client has established as an important constant within the engineering Division. The focus of services is on providing support to product development projects in the areas Design, CAE & Simulation, Test & Validation and Electronics & Software mainly for customers from the automotive industry. The projects are carried out in close cooperation with the parent company in Germany.
Your responsabilities:
• Development of software for the key automotive areas infotainment, computer vision, driver assistance and autonomous driving.
• Design novel software concepts and consolidate them with the software architects and development partners.
• Implementation of software in agile collaboration with your development team.
• Design and perform manual and automated software tests.
• Proactive participation in code optimization and troubleshooting.
• Estimate complex task and break them down.
Your profile:
• University degree in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering or a comparable degree.
• Experience in programming with complex applications with C++ .
• Experience in programming in C, C#, Java, JavaScript or Python is considered an advantage.
• Experience in programming platform independent applications or functionality is considered an advantage.
• Interest and knowledge for the automotive field is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge in dealing with version-control- and continuous integration platforms (Git/Jenkins).
• First experience in agile automotive software development desirable.
• Ability to solve challenging tasks analytically and independently.
• Very good communication in spoken and written English.
