TEAMBUILDING SALES CONSULTANT

Braveman Consulting is looking on behalf of our client for a Teambuilding Sales Consultant.

Level: Medium

Location: Bucharest & remote (hybrid)

Company details: Since 2006, our client has been offering innovative teambuilding, training and business simulation services, and supports companies’ efforts to develop their human capital.
The largest share in the company’s activity is represented by the teambuilding services, our client being recognized at national level thanks to the original programs and the proven professionalism.

Responsabilities:
● Advisory sales of teambuilding and training services in the portfolio of the group
● Identifying the best solutions or programs and customizing them according to the clients’ needs 
● Negotiating and preparing offers for portfolio clients
● Supervising the implementation of signed contracts
● Budget management for coordinated events
● Coordinating the trainers team in the organized events
● Active and sustained involvement in generating new business opportunities
● Developing new teambuilding and / or training programs with the entire team

Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably B2B
● Graduate / Graduating Higher Education
● English – advanced level
● Driving license category B
● PC knowledge (MS Office suite)
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Proven planning and organization capabilities

It is an advantage:
● Experience in the field of organizing teambuilding and/or training events
● Experience in the sale of human resources services
● As a trainer or facilitator
