USER ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Braveman Consulting is looking on behalf of its client for a passionate and highly organized User Acquisition Specialist. If you are excited to work with numbers and understand data in order to increase the marketing results of mobile apps, we want you!

Location: full-time remote

Company details: A Romanian company dedicated to building quality mobile games. They are a creative group of people sharing the same passion for creating great gaming experiences and connecting communities from all around the world. Since 2021 they are part of a worldwide gaming company.

Key responsibilities:
● Managing the full user acquisition process for a mobile game: Planning and execution all UA; campaigns across multiple mobile channels and ad platforms;
● Coordinating with the creative team to develop different visual assets and approaches
● Produce comprehensive UA reporting, analyze ROI and identify new opportunities to acquire newusers
● Experiment and analyze campaigns for existing and upcoming games
● Stay on top of industry trends and best practices across a variety of marketing channels such as Facebook, Snapchat or Tiktok;
● Researching new UA channels, creative resources, and tools to streamline marketing efforts.

Requirements:
● Strong experience in paid digital marketing and media buying (3+ years)
● Analytic skills: an affinity for data and metrics, and ability to derive insights from the data
● Extensive knowledge of various mobile marketing channels such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, ASA, TikTok ads, Unity ads, Excel/GSheet
● Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on multiple channels
● A strong customer focus and a keen eye for creativity that drives results
● Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details and you always spot issues
● You like testing: new channels, new campaigns, new audiences, new ads, new stories, new concepts
● The ability to communicate and express yourself in English

It’s a plus:
● Agency background or experience working with complex & challenging projects;
● Experience working with MySQL queries
● Passionate about football and mobile games.
